In the hotel "Ukraine" the program of loyalty for regular guests, booking/paying for their accommodation under the published tariff directly in hotel is been operating.

Your membership in the program is completely free. If you stay a certain quantity of nights at the hotel during the year, you will receive a special card which guarantees you different privilege.

To participate in the program should fill in the form at the reception and get a special card:

• Second visits - special card 5%
• fifth visits - special card 10%
• You will be granted the card and will enjoy the right to such privileges as:
• 5%,10 % discount for accommodation;
• Guaranteed room availability with 72/48 hours advance reservation;
• Early check in/late check out (subject to availability of rooms);
• Free parking;
• Monthly information.

By participating in the program to the guest, you agree to the terms of use of your personal information in order to fulfill obligations under the Program to the guest.

Membership in the Program to the guest is free and applies only to individual customers. Membership in the Program to the guest is the name, of privileges may only be used to program to the guest whose name appears on the registration form programs on the card to the guest without the right to transfer to others. Participants in the Program to the guest could be only those guests who do not have special prices for accommodation. Under the special rates means rates for accommodation, other than the published tariff of hotel «Ukraine».

Hotel administration reserves the right to revoke the status of the guest in the cases stipulated by the rules of accommodation network: non-payment of bills, injury to property and hotels etc Participation in the Program to the guest starts after you fill the registration form, participants in the program. According to the guest privileges of the Program shall enter into force after you have the required number of visits.

The Administration reserves the right to change the terms of the participants with a notice of changes at least 1 month, the administration also reserves the right to the complete elimination of the notification to the guest with the participants for six months. The Administration reserves the right to address contentious issues of interpretation of the conditions to the guest.
