You can reserve the rooms at the hotel “Ukraine” the next ways:

1). Over telephone: administrator of the hotel +38 (0542) 222-520, 685-501 (day – and - night ).

2). Over  fax : + 38(0542) 600-775, service group reservation :+38(0542)222-793 (8.00 a. m. - 5.00 p.m.), fill up and give agreement for service  about  living  or fax – form of  the reservation the room.

3). Over e-mail: Ukraine@vcity.sumy.ua, info@hotelukrainecom.ua.  Your room considered reserve only if you receive confirmation about  the reservation;

4). From pages of this site-online reservation, you  must fill up form after formalizing  of the statement  administration send a confirmation with indication of the number reserve according to your contact.

Annulment individual reservation, accept not   later than for 24 hours before arrival.
Condition of the annulment of order groups coordinate by the reception of the statement on the reservation. If you violate you must pay a fine as many as cost twenty for your, of living in the room by the reserved category.

Cancel not guaranteed reservation is to 6.00 p. m. at the day the guest arrive.

Cancel guaranteed reservation is for 24 hours to day of arriving the guest.

Guaranteed reservation   means the guarantee of living by the credit cart or subscription.

In case if the  guest  doesn’t  arrive  and if guaranteed  reservation wasn’t  cancel. The cost of the first night holds from the guest or from the company which made a reservation.

Calculation time. There is a calculation time 12.00 a.m. at the hotel.

There  are next forms of the payment at the hotel «Ukraine»:
cash (Ukrainian National currency);
clearing on the account bill of the organization;

Cashes by the cards of the international payment system: VISA, Master card, American Express, Maestro.

Pay by check it’s a pity but we don’t take a check payment.

Pay your attention that billing up the column with number of the credit card in our electronic form is not compulsory and doesn’t, take possibility to make guaranteed reservation.

Attention! If you want to reserve the room using site and pay it by the clearing, so in this division “Over fax” you must roll up fixed file, show imprints of the company and  contact man or send over fax +38(0542)600-775.

You can exchange foreign currency at the exchange or at the currency office which is at the department of the bank (from 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.) at the hotel “Ukraine”.

You can’t live with the animals and birds at the hotel.
The hotel has right change basic tariff without previous information.

You must pay for living when you populate.
Administration of the hotel has right change appointed prices without previous information.

The children   to 10 can live with their parents free of charge in one room.

 Special prices and abatements for prolonged living at the hotel (minimum 30 days) and for groups.
